Eligibility for Refunds
If you have purchased one of our special packages—STARTUP (report within 24–48 hours), INSTANT ELITE (report within 30 minutes), or PREMIUM (report within 6–12 hours)—and encounter any issues or require adjustments to the digital product, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Request Within 7 Days: Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchase by contacting our customer support team via Live Chat or email at info@historyir.com.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are granted under these circumstances:
- Inaccurate Information: If your report contains inaccurate data, we will promptly resolve the issue.
- Multiple Charges: In the case of duplicate charges for a single report, we will refund the extra amount.
